what type of hair do you offer?
We offer 100% human hair in both raw and virgin textures, sourced as Vietnamese and Cambodian bundles, wigs, frontals and closures.
what's the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is unprocessed and collected from a single donor, keeping the cuticle fully intact for maximum longevity. Virgin hair is also chemically unprocessed but may be gently steamed or treated to achieve a uniform texture — a softer, more budget-friendly option with a shorter lifespan than raw.
how long does the hair last?
With proper care, our raw bundles typically last 2–3 years, and can last even longer with exceptional maintenance. Virgin hair generally lasts up to a year with regular use.
how long do frontals and closures last?
This depends on how they're applied and how often they're worn. Glued daily wear typically lasts 3–6 months, while occasional or special-event wear can last closer to a year.
how do I care for my hair?
Wash with sulfate-free products, detangle gently from ends to roots, avoid excessive heat, and store on a mannequin head or in a silk bag when not in use.

Yes — we currently ship across the UK and internationally. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
how long does processing take?
Each order is sourced fresh from our vendor once placed, so please allow 3–5 days for processing on bundles, frontals and closures, and up to 7 days for ready-made wigs (often sooner). This is separate from shipping time.
how long will my order take to arrive?
Once processing is complete, standard UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, whilst express orders take 1-2 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
